Sub-chronic toxicity in the rat (90-day): oral (using OECD Test Guideline 408)

Deviation: an additional reproductive toxicity cohort of females will be included to cover the endpoints of a reproduction/developmental screening test according to OECD TG 421; males of the toxicity cohort of the OECD TG 408 will be mated with these females

Reproductive toxicity (pre-natal developmental toxicity) in the rat (using OECD Test Guideline 414) with a rabbit study to follow if required as result of this study

Parties concerned are invited to provide scientifically valid information and studies that address the relevant substance and hazard endpoint(s) open for consultation.

The consultation will last for 45 days.
