Consultation on the amendment to the approval restrictions for the active substance Prosulfuron in GB.

This consultation relates to the GB assessment of the application for amendment to the approval restrictions for the active substance Prosulfuron.

Prosulfuron is a herbicidal active substance for use in plant protection products for controlling a range of broadleaf and grass weeds in maize and sweet corn.

The dossier is for the amendment of approval of this substance in GB to remove a current restriction under retained Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009. It was submitted by Syngenta Crop Protection AG, with the assessment performed by the Chemicals Regulation Division of the Health and Safety Executive. 

Comments are invited on the content and proposed conclusions of the assessment and can be submitted by any member of the public or interested party.

Certain specified confidential information that relates to the active substance is not published as part of this consultation.
