There may be some variations to this depending on the type of computer, operating system and web browser you are using.

For PC users - right click on the download link so that a menu appears.

For Mac users - press and hold down the mouse button to see the menu.

From the menu select 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As'.

A dialog box will appear that allows you to select the location on your computer that you would like to save the file. Select an appropriate location and then click 'OK'.

The download dialog box will now appear. This provides you with information about how long the download will take and indicates the download progress.
